This Article is in response to the High court verdict that Madras High court ordered in Favor of the bank that bank has the right to deny the loan for the defendant's second daughter .the irony is that the bank rejected because he still didn't pay for the first daughters educational Loan.
that bloke has some tenacity going to court without paying the previous loan .as soon as the verdict was out there was outrage in social media people criticizing the judge and blaming the government .
Let's debunk this sham called "Education Loan". during our college days education loan was awarded strictly ,that is only if the manager is convinced that loan will be provided i.e only if you submit proper assurance Loan wilyearsl be provided . hen come free fall UPA government forced every bank to provide education Loan for all, most of them including me were skeptic about this plan that it would be a disaster to the Economy .after a decade i was right .let me tell three stories and the stories were true and i know all the three persons personally

The protagonist in this story was studying fifth semester information technology has twenty four arrears ,and two suspensions for harassing women , twenty four arrears at the start of third year he failed in almost all the subjects .despite that loan was sanctioned for the next semester. i saw him 2017 Christmas he was working in a shop in Nagercoil he told me he discontinued his course during last year asked about his Loan he told me that still hasn't and have no idea of paying it
Case Study fifteen years in the making :
so this guy was my senior we know each other pretty well ,since he was near my home he was a civil engineering student.completed his course in 2006 and placed in middle east with a lucrative salary.as the gulf money poured in to his home their Life style changed they switched from two Wheller to four Wheller ,his sister was married to a well off family .still he was averse about repaying the student loan because he still hopes The "next government" would cancel the loan
Case Study MyLoan was just a Bug:
this guy was my former colleague ,his salary was sixty thousand take home he owns a two Wheller, affords a two BHK in the heart of chennai for 16 k . but for him his educational loan was just a bug that has to be sorted out by the government
almost all the righteous persons who criticize the govt ,and blames everyone except themselves for the problems in this country ,and most of the proud Indians who wants other to sacrifice for the greater good of the country will fall in any of the three categories
but the three problems could have been averted if government really wants to solve this issue , case 1 s problem would have been mitigated if his Loan was canceled in the third semester itself .case2 and case 3 involves some tough action what if it was made mandatory to submit details about education loan during passport renewal, thats enough to rattle those buggers to repay to loan with the interest to the last penny .since case 3 was a salaried employee and has to submit FORM 16 he can be forced to pay
so why wasn't government reluctant to take action ,because that would be a election disaster ,even the party that puts nation before anything doesn't have the guts to do it .also case 2 and case 3 were encouraged by various politicians during election Time that once they come to power they would cancel education loan , that they wouldn't because that would only increase the burden of the state economy and increase in taxes
so it is high time for the government to take tough action against these brazen defaulters and throughly revise the policy of issuing Loans . im not against student loans ,i strongly support it for students studying in IIT and IIM also students who truely deserve ,also i have seen in my own eyes that it was this educational loan that transformed many low class families in to middle or upper middle class families. but what i was telling was they should repay that gratitude to the nation by paying the Loans back ,i can hear you yelling
what about vijay mallaya ,and nirav modi ,who ever defaults the bank weather it is vijay mallya or some person i knew in nagercoil who doesnt pay back his loan he was same to me.
also i have a hypothesis why government doled out the educational fee , since most of the educational institutions are owned by politicians it would benefit them. the government should open colleges according to increase and demand in population . but at the end of the day we are a third old shithole country .hope it wont be always
